‘It was interesting when we did that film because we were both at this stage where no one really knew who we were. I think I was 20 or 21, and after we finished a scene, Barbet [Schroeder, the director] said, ‘It’s going to go down in history that you guys worked together on this scene.’ I was very young, I didn’t really understand at the time, but I’m starting to see what he means. Ryan is a good guy and a great actor.’
